Identify the complete combinations
LICEO35K pairs the LICEO35NT indoor unit with the LICEO35EX outdoor unit. DENALI35K pairs DENALI35NT with DENALI35EX. Both official datasheets give rated cooling capacity of 3.5 kW. This provides a starting point for comparison, but does not establish which system your room needs.
Ask for those codes, including their suffixes, to remain on the quote. If a different reference is proposed later, request the information for that combination again. A similar photograph or the word equivalent does not fully identify the equipment that will be supplied.
Read cooling and heating separately
For LICEO35K, the datasheet gives cooling SEER 6.5 and class A++, with heating SCOP 4.1 and class A+ for the average climate. For DENALI35K, it gives cooling SEER 8.5 and A+++, with heating SCOP 4.6 and A++ for the average climate.
These indicators help compare declared performance on the same basis. They should not be converted into a promised percentage reduction in your bill. Your operating hours, property and installation will not reproduce the assessment conditions exactly, so the figures need a practical interpretation.
Consider the functions you will use
Both series list built-in Wi-Fi and controls such as Follow Me and Breeze Away. If a feature matters to you, ask for an explanation using the remote for the selected model. Counting icons on a specification sheet is not a useful substitute.
Consider whether you need straightforward scheduling, control while away from the property, or airflow directed away from a resting area. Also ask how someone without the app configured will operate the equipment. That matters in guest rooms and properties shared by several people.
Compare complete installed proposals
Request equivalent locations, pipe routes, supports and commissioning scope for both options. Check which work is included and which would be quoted separately. Otherwise a difference in the total may reflect installation work rather than the choice of series.
The final decision should connect the confirmed cost with your priorities and the equipment's suitability for the room. Request the relevant datasheet and manual, and keep the accepted proposal. Where the property has not yet been assessed, regard the selection as an option awaiting confirmation.
