What does basic installation mean?

Mounting and connectionPositioning units in accessible locations and connecting them within the agreed scope.
Checks and commissioningConnection and operation checks, followed by an explanation of the controls.
A written scopePipe routes, materials, drainage and specific conditions agreed before acceptance.

For ducted and cassette systems we check existing services, ceiling space and access. New ductwork, building work, electrical changes, old unit removal or special access equipment are specified separately if required.

What capacity do I need?

Floor area is only one factor. Orientation, insulation, windows, ceiling height and use also matter. We help you choose based on your property.

What is the difference between split and multisplit?

A split connects one indoor and one outdoor unit. A multisplit serves several rooms with a compatible outdoor unit and two or more indoor units. The combination and available capacity must be checked together.

Do prices include installation?

Yes, our offer always includes the equipment with basic installation. Any additional work required at your property is specified and quoted before acceptance. Ask for a complete quote where a price has not yet been published.

Can I replace an existing ducted unit?

We can assess replacement by checking space, ductwork, connections, controls and drainage. Existing installation does not guarantee compatibility with every model.

Can you help with an urgent fault?

Call or WhatsApp us to check availability. The chat and form do not automatically confirm an appointment or repair.
